①The materials choice

     The image is stainless steel materials φ 1.19
Of the screw call it, and use the thing which is thinner than a diameter.
I use materials of the line diameter of φ 1.66 for the machine screw of example) 2 millimeters

②Heading (header)

     Heading machine

I cut materials and devote myself to a brain to a cross and minus.
The screw is not yet made. I am called a screw bottom or a blank, a rivet for a pre-stage to become the screw.

The heading machine inside. A model is the part which I change it and plan.
I hit a plus and the loss using the model called such a "punch" (I make heading).
After materials cutting, I do not use this punch immediately.

④Rolling (rolling)

     Rolling machine
I make a screw lower blank a screw using a rolling machine.

In stainless steel materials and the brass materials, there are many cases of the removal of fat washing.

⑧Inspection, sorting

It is the inspection of the thing which went up from surface treatment.

⑨Packing, shipment

I pack it and, based on the packing specifications of the visitor, ship it.
